Town Etiquette

  1. Drop-off time must be between 7am and 7:00pm, and pick-up time will be no later than 8:00pm.
  2. There will be fee of 10 dhs every 30 minutes late pick-up or late check out out.
  3. Parents will be required to provide Tiny Town with a cell phone number, and a secondary emergency contact
  4. Tiny Town is committed to helping children solve problems through healthy discipline. The Tiny Town staff may discipline any child in case of inappropriate behavior by asking them to alter their behavior, by redirecting them to a different activity, or by requiring them to take a break outside the play area as deemed necessary.
  5. In the event of an emergency, parents will be notified immediately. If any child requires immediate medical attention, Tiny Town will call 999 before calling the parents.
  6. It is required for children in diapers that a diaper bag with diapers, wipes and a change of cloths is left at Tiny Town. All belongings must be labeled. Should it be necessary, the Tiny Town staff will change children’s diapers and/or escort them to the bathroom and assist them as deemed necessary.
  7. No other person other than the person dropping of the child may pick up a child unless authorized and approved at the time of drop-off. The authorized person will be required to provide a photo ID at pick up time.
  8. Tiny Town has a sick child policy, and children will not be allowed to partake in any of our services if they are sick.
  9. Socks are required for both adults and children when entering the Play Area. If you forgot yours, we have some available for a small amount.
  10. All food and drink must be consumed in the designated area.
  11. Tiny Ton is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
